  8. 9- Lesson learnt • 1- What has worked • According to the requirement of the group we facilitate and assist them as per DPIP rules. Proper contact with the • CIG for meeting and record keeping, build their capacity through different training, exposer and develop saving process among them so they can enjoy with their life and improve their social and economic status. • 2- What not • We can say that our 47% CIG are able to get benefit from this project rest are waiting for a long time. Due to delays in the process many group are creating problem and spread the rumor among area so the impact of the project is effected so the quality of the group also effected. • Restriction on appoint the staff and NGO should get money • as per task so we faced big problem. • Regular change in circular. • 20 month time. • 3- What next • As per norms things are moving in future then people can • benefited more and more and quality also develop. • Remove the restriction to appoint staff and salary. ( NGO can appoint according to the need) • Timely approval of SP, Mo. Tran, UC/ CC and NGO account. • Another option regarding CC.a
