  5. 作業規劃和控制 • 明訂工作目標 Specific Measurable Agreed Realistic Time-based • 組織相關資源：人員、原料、工具/設備 • 預估需求：統計分析、德爾飛法推估 • 需求平滑化、調整產能 • 庫存管理：ABC分析、安全存量 • 品質管制：品質檢驗、產品抽樣、SPC(統計製程管制)
