First step: Collect inputs from all partners involved and set them in the website Draw the public attention on concepts, objectives and opportunities of Integrated Project Approach Creation of database of potential local partners for subprojects in the involvedregions in order to facilitate their match and cooperation Information on GRIP-IT subprojects call through website and infodays GRIP-ITComponent 4

Second step: Infodays and seminars to subproject applicants for understanding procedures and developing subprojects plans Promotion of subprojects activities at local level Seminars to present subprojects implementing strategies in order to stress their concrete eligibility for the new programming period Updating web pages Setting up of an integrated promotion help desk GRIP-ITComponent 4

  7. Third step: Dissemination of results: Presentation of guidelines Presentation of subprojects results Promotion and encouragement at local level of an effective integrated project approach for the 2007-2013 programming period GRIP-ITComponent 4
