  3. How can I contribute to the community? I can contribute to the community by: • Volunteering for teaching. • Helping nurses with patients. • Safeguarding the environment by not. throwing garbage on the streets and recycling. • Collecting donations for different needs. • Public awareness for important causes fliers, posters, newspapers and TV.

  4. How can I help others? I can help others by teaching them how to: • Excising • Reading/righting • Skiing • football/basketball/volleyball. • Helping them afford schools.

  5. How do I Think and Act • I think that health and social education is one of the most important AOI because it helps us in all stages of our life.

  6. How am I Changing • i am changing everyday in many ways especially if I see these questions I wonder everyday about it and if I'm following it or not.
