INSTALLATION REPORT F5 Button from the Installation pending report screen Installation Pending Report in Alteration Mode Installation Report will give you the information of Pending Installation of the Sold Products with preferred Sales Person Name, if you want to change the sales person on the fly, means from the same report, you can change the sales person name by pressing the button called Installation details F5.After Pressing F5, the report will execute in alteration Mode, only Installation Person will be allowed to modify with the help of drop down list as shown in below screen shots 2nd Floor, ChitrashalaBhavan, OppRathodJewelers, Laxmi Road,Narayanpeth,Pune:411030

(Delivery Report will give you the information of the Product yet to be delivered) DELIVERY REPORT The above mentioned screen shots gives the information of the product delivery pending details wherein we have raised the invoice, but product is yet to be delivered for a particular invoice no, invoice date, to whom the product is sold and the status of delivery.Basically Tally close the undelivered report with the help of Delivery Note raised against that Invoice No, Physically, where as if the user wants to close the pending Delivery Report in One short, then it is really painful work in default Tally.ERP9 2nd Floor, ChitrashalaBhavan, OppRathodJewelers, Laxmi Road,Narayanpeth,Pune:411030

After Pressing the Button F5, the Report will execute in Alteration Mode which will allow fetching the Product Delivery Status, and the Person who is going to deliver the product as shown in below mentioned Screen Shots. Application.But here you will find additional button introduced Called Delivery Details F5 which will help you to close the un delivered product details. . Authorize Voucher Report will give the information of all the pending Vouchers which has to be authorized by an authorized person, unless the voucher is not authorized the status of the voucher will show as a pending. You will find an additional button is introduced in the Screen called F5 Authorization. Item Customer Address Report will give you the complete communication details of the customer in a stock Item Wise for whom the product has been Sold, along with Invoice No, Invoice Date, No of Pieces and Address. • Which will be helpful to maintain a Customer relationship by sending emails or SMS ETC?   21. Button F4 Change • Sales Man wise will give you the summary details ie. The transaction done through the sales man. Basically this report will help you to get the information of a Total commission calculation for a all the sales man, when you trigger the report from the MIS Report Menu, then the sales man report will provide you the information all the sales man details and if you want to know for a particular Sales Man then you will find a separate Button Called F4 Change as show in the below screen shots. Once you select the Sales Man from the Drop down list, it will filter the details of the particular sales man and report will be displayed with the filtered sales man name as show in Above screen shots.   27. CEO Dash Board • This Report displays the complete business picture on one screen. This report shows financial & inventory information with the ability to drill down to various reports directly.This report covers Cash & Bank, Outstanding, Cash Flow, Sales & Purchase, Stock, Capital & Fixed Assets, Loans, Profit & Loss, Top Customers & Suppliers, Top Products & Orders, Non & Slow Moving Items, etc. Group companies are also supported.This dashboard will become part of Tally.ERP 9 security controls. You can enable or disable access to this report for users based on their security setting. (Read more about security control in the Tally.ERP 9 on-line help guide).The report can be filtered for a date range. The default date range is YTD (year start to date of last voucher entry).   35. In the Sales Voucher Entry above the Narration Column you will find the additional option called Enable for SMS as shown in the below mentioned screen shots.
