Magento 2 Auto Cancel Order extension User Manual Magento 2 Auto Cancel Order Extension by MageComp allows the store owner to cancel orders automatically if there is pending payment status after a specific date. The file that you download normally is a zip file. •Use FTP clients (such as Filezilla, WinSCP, cuteFtp) to upload or copy all folders in the zip package to your Magento site root folder. This will not overwrite any existing files, just add new files to the folder structure. •Open Command line in folder root of Magento and run following command respectively: •php bin/magento setup:upgrade •php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy •php bin/magento indexer:reindex •php bin/magento cache:flush

Configuration Once the extension is installed successfully, go to Stores ? Configuration to configure the extension for use. Product Images: Enable or Disable the extension from here. Set it as enabled to use the features of the extension. 3. General Settings Options

  3. Customer Group: Apply auto cancel order for the customer group by enabling to “YES”. Select Customer Group: Select the customer group like General, Wholesale, Retailer, etc to apply the auto cancel order extension. Enter Date: For the auto cancel order add date after which the orders will be canceled. Order Status: Select appropriate order status for which you want to apply auto cancel order. Payment Methods: Based on payment methods you can set accordingly auto cancel order from here.

  4. Admin Email Notification Enable: Send email to admin by setting to “YES” and email will be sent to their email ID. Admin Email ID: Add admin email address here and you can also add multiple email addresses by separating it with comma and send email to admin when there is auto canceled order. Email Template: Email templates for email notification of auto cancel order. Customer Email Notification Enable: Send email to customer by setting to “YES” and email will be sent to their email ID.
