  8. 资料： 1999年至今，北京遭遇过连续5年的干旱，平均年降雨量只有多年平均的70％，水资源供需矛盾十分突出，温榆河、潮白河、永定河等部分河段一度出现干涸现象。从北京蓄水量最大的密云水库和官厅水库来看，密云水库由原来蓄水总量34亿立方米降到了目前7亿立方米，而官厅水库的蓄水量比2000年初减少2．13亿立方米。
