  2. HCL TSS invites fresher’s and graduates from Nagpur to start their global IT careers with HCL Nagpur. HCLTSS, with its training and hiring program, provides a unique opportunity for graduates to kick-start their global IT career while staying in their hometown. About the Program HCL, after gaining a lot of positive HCL TSS reviews at its other centers, HCL TSS came up with this program at their Nagpur center as well. It is a three-month-long training program which prepares graduates for the role of IT Service Management (Service Desk). This program comprises of Foundation Training, behavioral-cultural Sensitization Training and Professional Practice Term training leading to the final deployment with HCL in Nagpur. The Professional Practice Term enables the candidates to learn on the job where they get to handle real- time client issues from the HCL's massive client environment. After successfully completing the training program, candidates get deployed in HCL Nagpur. So, here what the candidates will be getting successful post completion of the program- Assured IT Job with HCL Nagpur Starting Salary of INR 1.8 Lakhs PA.

  4. Program Duration It is a three Months training program which includes two months of classroom training and one month of Professional Practice Term. The training for this program will be conducted in Nagpur only. Program Fee INR 1,00,000 + Applicable Taxes. Financial assistance in the form of bank loans is also available. The training for the program will be conducted by HCL Training and Staffing Services (HCL TSS). Post successful completion of the training program, the candidates will get deployed with HCL Technologies. Career Path Post completion of the training and hiring program, candidates can start their career in IT Services Management (Service Desk Role). They will be the central point of contact handling all customer transactions and issues. They will also have an opportunity to move into fully technical roles such as Network
