  7. Key Tasks • Familiarise yourself with the layout of, and resources in the Library • Begin a Critical Notebook • Source an art/design image and find a good range of sources of information on it (read this and write it up) • Speak about your findings at seminar time

  9. and so… • Use your research to prepare for your first written task, to be assigned at the lecture on 30 October • The first two lectures will consider definitions of ‘art’ and ‘design’. Immerse yourself in ‘Search & Rescue’ to prepare yourself for a written task relating to the lectures. • Enjoy, have fun, question, be creative!
