Foxboro I/A Automation Verbeter je Foxboro I/A systeem De voorbije jaren heeft Talsoft voor een belangrijke klant heel wat effort gestoken in het maken additionele tools, configuratieprogramma’s en reporting programma’s waardoor het mogelijk werd om met weinig manpower toch een serie van gestroomlijnde Foxboro I/A systemen te hebben dat kan onderhouden worden door ook niet ervaren systeemingenieurs. Deze tool werd SMIT genaamd Secured Management Information Tool waarbij heel wat security concepten in vervat werden. De SMIT tool start op in een bepaald environment (vooraf toegewezen aan een bepaalde groep van personen Vb Produktie,BK,EP,Externe Engineering,..) Binnen zijn environment zijn een welbepaalde set van functies gedefinieerd.   2. Uittreksel uit een set van voorziene grafische functies : • Verkenner functie (navigatie door een set van directories op elk station (lokaal of remote) in een Node • Distributie functie. In 1 actie een set van bestanden en directories kopiëren naar alle andere stations binnen de node. • Floppy access, Tape Access • Control configurator functies (CSA-lijst,ICC-lijst in tabel formaat,checkpoint lijst, FBM lijst, Sequence blokken, Display blokken met links…) • Human interface functies (Annunciator configuratie,Environments beheer) • Full Backup van het systeem, savealls, delen van het station • D_edit en fdf_g manipulatie van DM/FV displays vanuit een grafische omgeving waarbij de structuur gescheiden wordt van de data bij Foxview displays • Automatische generatie van trendgroep en US displays op basis van een configuratie • Instellen van bedrijfsspecifieke protectieklassen op alle Foxboro Detailed displays • Legacy historian configuratie en extractie van data + verdichting • AIM historian configuratie en extractie van datawaarden + verdichting • DOOR ZIJN INTIUTIEVE GRAFISCHE INTERFACE IS DEZE TOOL EEN MUST HAVE VOOR ELKE FOXBORO I/A GEBRUIKERZoals een van cursisten zei “Deze tool ga ik dagelijks gebruiken in het beheer van mijn Foxboro systeem” TALSOFT : Uw kwaliteitspartner in maatsoftware & automation Info@talsoft.be http://www.talsoft.be
