  1. Attendee Brochure April 9 – 11, 2014 Miami-Dade College – Wolfson Campus NAEP Florida Region is excited to present information about our 2014 Florida Region Annual Conference! This year we will also be hosting both ICOP and COPP meetings on April 9, 2014. Registration for ICOP and COPP Meetings and the NAEP Conference will begin on that day as well. The NAEP-FL Conference begins April 10, 2014 where you will have two event filled days to increase your professional knowledge and to network with your peers and other professionals. Please find below comprehensive information on registration for both the NAEP-FL Conference and the Hotel, as well as our Agenda and other information that you may find interesting. Registration for the Conference Registration is open to both NAEP members and non-members interested in attending. Registration is available online at www.naepnet.org…and for easy access just open this link. Having issues with Registration? Don’t worry, please contact Shaunté Shelton-Slappy (email sshelton@naepnet.org or phone 443-543-5541) right away for more information and assistance with any registration issues. On-site registration will be available for the Conference but pre-registration online is encouraged as hotel reservations at the conference rate ends March 18, 2014. Cancellations must be in before March 18th; no refunds will be issued after that date. Your registration for the 2014 Conference includes breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday plus exciting sessions with topics such as coping with multi-generational vendors and colleagues, the use of social media in procurement, exciting news from NAEP National, and P3 accomplishments. Thursday evening will also be filled with engaging events that include a great Team Building Exercise, Reception and Vendor/Member MindXChange, and Dinner. ** Registration Rates: Members & Non-Members: $300 per person * Guest or Spouse (Thursday evening events):$ 60 * For those of you bringing a guest or spouse that would like to join in on the Thursday night fun, we would certainly enjoy their company as well. This small fee is to cover costs that are already included in your own Attendee rate. ** If there are any special dietary requests or accessibility needs, please be sure to note this in your registration and we will do our best to see that these are taken care of. Please note that you will not be able to split registrations. Continuing education credits will be awarded for all educational sessions. Please use NAEP Florida Regional Meeting in order to receive the Conference rate of $179. To be guaranteed to receive the group rate you must make the reservation as part of the NAEP Group Block by March 18, 2014. Want to be early or remain after and stay in Miami at the above great rate? The Hyatt Regency has agreed to extend this rate for 3 days before and 3 days after the Conference; when making your reservations simply confirm your extended stay dates.
