  6. Efficient High Temperature Heating Solution How they work Bonded Film Heaters are deposited materials that develop power when electrically energized. Their resistivity, controlled by deposition parameters, can be factors of 10 greater than traditional heating materials. When designed with appropriate path length, width and thickness, the heaters develop precise power. They are compact and operate with uniform temperature. A variety of materials range from high melting point, oxidation resistant metals to electro conductive ceramics are utilized, depending on the application.
