CCIRs • PIRs • Sea State that negatively impacts mission • Weather that impacts operations • Civilian protest, holiday route congestion, or other civil activity impeding operations • FIR • Death of JLOTS Soldier, Sailor, Marine * • Any injury requiring MEDEVAC to local hospital * • Any stoppage of mission execution for <1hr • Any action that will reflect negatively in the media on JLOTS* • Serious Incident Report * • Any Class D or higher accident * • Signs of civil unrest that would compromise port operations (i.e. citizens desperate for food/water) • Damage to property • Critical Assets NMC for more than 4 hours • Loss of communication for more than 1 hour at any location • Operational timeline delayed • Space capacity exceeded on Pier • Buses/airline change to arrival/departure time or location that will impact life support or mission accomplishment • Any accident that causes delay of movement to home station • * CDR wake up criteria, immediate notification to 7th TB (X) • All other CCIR: 4 hour notification requirement to 7th TB (X) TOC • CLASS D Accident: An Army accident in which the resulting in total cost of property damage is $2,000 or more, but less than $50,000; a nonfatal injury or illness resulting in restricted work, transfer to another job, medical treatment greater than first aid, needle stick injuries and cuts from sharps that are contaminated from another person’s blood or other potentially infectious material, medical removal under medical surveillance requirements of an OSHA standard, occupational hearing loss, or a work–related tuberculosis case Legend Mission Executable Mission Degraded Mission Interrupted
