  2. HG MARKET General Overview: Hg is like composite art . There are several business actors –Base film factories, Printing, Emboss, Hologram factories, PET factories, Coating and Primer factories, Protective film factories and R&D team and coordinator In order to produce good quality HG, base film & coating is very important as well as the stable pet processing system A lot of companies in Korea try to enter HG market. But we think that there are a few companies can supply good HG film for HG furniture. ECOID is definitely one of them. In order to supply good quality products stably, ECOID built new plants and has been gathering most of equipment in it.

HG Market - issues • Design become issue. • Customers want to have own design. • Supplier has to keep developing new design and new colors. • (in Korea) Factories try to enter HG film with low price. • They do not know well about the technical issues of HG film. • Quality problem are occurred recently. When problem occurs, It is hard for them to handle situation. • Some of them installed Extruders. But due to technical know-how, Marketing and market trend, some factories face problem. • All PET become interesting products • Big companies establish extruders- LG, Hanwha • ECOID also will produce all PET for Europe Market soon.

ECOID • In 2011 : We had Office and Factory 1, factory 2, factory 3. • Factory 1(13200SQM) -office, R&D, UV line, factory 2(1650SQM) - Pet processing – ECOID-JW, factory 3 -Hologram, Pearl printing, Primer. • Currently we have 3 Factories too. But Structure is changed • Factory 1 (17160SQM) :Office, R&D, Extruder, Hologram, Pearl , Emboss and Primer • Factory 2 (13200SQM): UV R&D team, UV line • Factory 3(1650SQM) : - ECOID-JW , Extruder • We recognize that customers’ quality level is keep increasing, so quality control becomes more important. That is why we invested new factory and gathered most of equipments in one place.
