A&F Information System Management (AFISM)Executive Briefing #1, Banner Implementation • Banner uses the following codes: • Fund (similar to Fund in the Acct #) • Fund Area Orgn • Organization (similar to dept code) • Account (“natural” grouping, combines Object/Sub-Object; combines Revenue/Sub-Revenue; and includes Balance Sheet Account codes) • Program (“functional” for compliance reporting) And sometimes: • Activity (TCC; special reporting?) • Location (for property inventory) NOT an Account Number: a FOAP or FOAPAL, as needed!
