Included in the scheme is a free discount card which will entitle the bearer to a 15% discount*in all stores throughout the UK and Ireland. • *Excludes Gift cards, Garmin & Sat Map Products. Cannot be used in conjunction with staff discount or any other membership discounts, associated bodies or discount codes. • Registration is quick and simple: • Send an email to matthew.lawson@blacks.co.uk with the following information (organisation details in subject box): • Full Name (Inc Title) • Full Address (this can be work incl Post code) • Telephone Number (Mobile or Landline) • Email Address (This can be work e/mail) • 2. Receive your personalised card in the post** • **Cards can take up to 3 weeks to be produced. It may be necessary to produce club membership for your first purchase. Staff reserve the right to retain any card being misused.
