  2. COMPLETELY COMPATIBLE WITH “TODO” DESIGN, BAYONET STYLE DRY DISCONNECTS.

  3. Currently inventoried by Dixon in Stainless Steel in sizes 1½” thru 4”. Upon request, can be supplied in: Hastelloy Aluminum Gun Metal (Brass) PEEK (Thermoplastic)

  4. PTFE (Teflon) bearing between piston shaft and piston guide eliminates seizure. Female NPT Threading Inner parts made of Hastelloy C-276 and 316 Stainless Steel for longer life Conical valve seat to eliminate the risk of “piston blow-out” in the event of extreme pressure. Weather resistant, protective bumper ring. Electrically conductive. Hastelloy C-276 rollers on Stainless Steel shaft to eliminate seizure potential. Riveted piston pin to minimize risk of failure under high pressure conditions PTFE (Teflon) bearing between drive plate & piston guide eliminates seizure. C-276 Hastelloy shaft journal embedded in PTFE (Teflon) eliminates seizure. Stainless Steel ball bearings Female NPT Threading

  5. No other manufacturer utilizes Hastelloy C-276 for chemical resistance, and longevity of product life, as does Mann Tek.
