Is… F A national education program designed to help youth aged 8–13 stay at a healthy weight by providing strategies and tools to parents and caregivers at home and in community settings. Improve food choices, increase physical activity, reduce screen time Turn-key, science-based program for the entire community Overweight & obesity prevention program
