Introduction • In these recent years, measuring the satisfaction of patients to health services in Vietnam is more and more interested. • This project will present the data mining technique according to CRISP-DM to determine the model for measuring the effects of some factors to the satisfaction level. • With experimental results from some hospitals in the Central and Central Highlands in Viet Nam, the authors assessed and modified the model by using the Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient, the exploratory factor analysis, the confirmatory factor analysis; and the structural equation modeling and the variance analysis with the support from SPSS and AMOS. • The achieved results would become the background for the solutions to improve the satisfaction of patients.

Conclusion • The satisfaction to healthcare services’ quality depends on many factors and there is a large difference between regions, the quality of examination and treatment, ethnic and so on. • The leaders of the hospitals have searched for solutions to improve the healthcare services’ quality. • There are more and more data need to be analyzed for decision making; the data is increasing and more various, and in some cases data is abnormal and inadequate to give information. • The analysis methods need to be more modern, accurate and the analysis process must be more completed.
