Command System Emergency Response is managed by using Incident Command System Incident Commander is appointed, functioning as the responsible authority in the field who reports to the Head of Province or District of the affected area Implementation includes the establishment of Command Post (POSKO), functioning as Operation Control Center

  13. Regional Logistic Depot (is still being planned) 12 logistic depots to support disaster management at local level Logistics are being prepared through the coordination of relevant sectors Led by Head of Technical Operational Unit (Unit Pelaksana Teknis/UPT) Logistic
