Owl Dubai – new facility at Jebel Ali • Started operations April 2011 • Approx 4 Km from Northside T1 /T2 Terminals and another 4 km from Southside DWC (Sheikh Maktoum airport and Dubai Logistics City) • State of the art facility in South Zone of JAFZA (jebel ali free zone) • Has 5000 m2 of warehousing space on a 20000 m2 plot area/ builtup area 6000m2 • Temp control area at basement of 500m2 (18-21deg C) • Compliant to all green building regulations of Free Zone Authority • Can store all types of cargoes including select pre-approved IMCO class cargoes • Proposed extension will be a Cold Store facility of similar capacity
