9. WERE SELLING TOO VWMHN:AH:JS:JD Personal safety is an individual thing. We all have the right to be safe in our own way men and women wherever we are. Even when we have a disability or are psychiatrically unwell and unable to make good decisions for ourselves. Its not negotiable or conditional. We expect those caring for us to make the best safety decisions on our behalf. It is a part of duty of care. The question is not why is this still happening but more why has it taken so long to get on the agenda and start to be addressed.
