  4. How Muscles work • Muscles often work in pairs so they can pull in different directions. • These muscles usually contract voluntarily meaning that you think about contracting them and your nervous system yells them to do so. • Your muscles help you lift objects and helps your bones move.

  5. Muscular System Interacts with • Muscular system works with the skeletal system to provide skeletal movement. • It also works with the digestive system to control entrances and exits of digestive tract.

  6. Functions • The muscular system creates movement. • It protect the organs. • The cardiac muscle pumps blood. • Smooth muscles aid digestion. • Smooth muscle ensures blood flow.
