Thành lập từ năm 1930 Hiện có 35,000 hội viên/ 38,245 phụ nữ từ 18 tuổi trở lên (92%) 882 cán bộ từ xóm-xã- huyện (37 cán bộ chuyên trách) Established in 1930 Currently has 35,000 members (92% of total women from 18 years old in the district) 882 staff from the village – commune - district levels (37 full time staff) HPNTH - THWU

Ký chương trình Phối hợp với MTTQ-ĐT các cấp về tuyên truyền, giám sát, phản biện, kiến nghị CS liên quan đến đời sống dân sinh đến 2015 Quy trình làm: Họp dân trao đổi thông tin và phân tích, khuyến nghị Đối thoại chính sách (mời lãnh đạo tỉnh và ban QLDA) Giám sát việc thưc hiện khuyến nghị Thực hiện: 67 cuộc họp dân ở xóm: chủ trương khai thác, CS về đền bù, hỗ trợ phóng giải mặt bằng và tái định cư, đào tạo nghề 6 cuộc 6 xã để giám sát quy hoạch tái định cư của dự án 1 cuộc Họp với dân và cán bộ 6 xã phân tích 3 mảng ảnh hưởng của dự án: nhu cầu đào tạo nghề, môi trường, tái định cư 4 cuộc Hội thảo đối thoại chính sách cấp huyện Agreement with the Fatherland front and other mass organization to ally in people livelihood related policy awareness raising, monitoring, dialogue and recommendation up to 2015 How to do: Meetings with people to exchange information, analysis and comment on policies Policy dialogues (inviting provincial leaders and mining project management board) Monitoring recommendations’ implementation Realized 67 people meetings at village level 6 commune meetings to dialogue with investors 1 meeting with people representatives from 6 communes to analyse on mining project impacts (employment, environment, resettlement) 4 district policy dialogues Hoạt động của HPN – WU activities
