This year I try my best. I think I’m in the middle to reach the goal…5 • I found a page about “I Taylor Swift” on Facebook and I found out she have a lot of celeb friends. Right now, I am waiting for her to accept me as her friend and write on my wall…Grade 6 • I value my talents, except for the bad ones…Grade 7 • I fulfilled my goals with passion and interest…Grade 7 • ✔Even though I am not confident in myself, I try my best to reach my goals and to develop my talents and interests, such as writing, reading and singing…Grade 9 • Effort is one of my problems because I always don’t give my 100% on subjects that I don’t really like…Grade 10 • ✔I almost follow a healthy lifestyle by joining after school activities…10

  12. 2010-2011 Goal 1: POLICIES Goal 2: COMMUNITY RESOURCES Use parent feedback to create further opportunities for involvement. Service and Service Learning. Goal 3: STAFFING Identify priority areas for Professional Development. Identify leaders for in-school PD. Exit interviews need to be analyzed. Implement training sessions for local staff. ILBC/YIS conflicts in policy.

  13. Goal 4: SCHOOL RESOURCES Goal 5: CURRICULUM Create standardized curriculum templates (UbD) Draft and publish school-wide policy on improving critical reading skills across the content areas. Develop a plan K-12 to increase writing across the curriculum Vertically align Social Studies curriculum. Develop a plan to integrate ESLRs into the teaching process
