  9. ROSS Changes • Proposal being presented to ROSS Change Board to have Agency Only as the default – No timeline as to implementation • ROSS<>ICBS (Cache) Interface • Improved performance • Additional capability in filtering/viewing requests and adding documentation

  10. IHC Crews • Out of Area Rotation processes will remain the same. • Within area mobilizations: • Still use closest forces for the most part • Will use available (on duty) crews before available (day off) crews as long as they are no more than 100 miles farther from the incident as the available (day off) crew.

  11. Air Attack Aircraft Mobilizations • No changes in who dispatches which vendor • SWCC will utilize a closest vendor concept, however some dispatch centers have multiple vendors and local rotations will be honored. • Will attempt to bring in ATGS personnel to marry up with SW aircraft when no one is available

  12. ABZ/GLZ Boundary Changes • ABZ now dispatching most of Socorro District BLM as well as additional NM State/Sevilleta and Bosque del Apache NWR lands. • Eliminated the overlap of Zone Boundaries in the Socorro/ Magdalena area • New boundary layers have been submitted to NIRSC for issuance of 2011 Frequency Maps (no confirmation yet as to if changes will occur)
