The Starting Line Facts • lead singer Kenny Vasoli was 14 when the band originally started rehearsing • their major label debut was in May 2005 with the album, "Based on a True Story” • the song "Island" is the band's only charting single on any Billboard chart • in March 2008, the band announced a break to focus on other projects, but played a reunion show in December 2009 • Kenny Vasoli has recently been playing bass for the band Say Anything on their current fall tour
