  4. Presenting results • Preparing a report • Population projections produce usually large amounts of data. The results of such an exercise are often published in a number of different documents: A press release, an executive summary and a full report, sometimes with a number of annexes. • Sometimes, highlights of the results are prepared as an early-release to document the exercise in a more comprehensive way and to give room for the assumptions and the main tabular and graphical results.
