  4. Summary When Penny moves to Hogs Hollow from New York, her life changes. She has to leave all her friends, and even her Dad. Then she has to deal with her Mom, who won’t even talk to her! But some good things happen, including meeting a crazy friend named Tally. Also, she meets this boy who she likes. But there is a mean girl named Charity who pulls pranks on her daily! Penny altogether finds out she likes Hogs Hollow eventually. Read this book to hear her story!
