Nous ne sommes pas le fruit du hasard ou de l’irrationnel, mais, à l’origine de notre existence, il y a un projet d’amour de Dieu.   7. Les Paroles de Jésus doivent vivrent en nousThe Words of Jesus must live throught us • Il est dit d’accueillir les paroles de Jésus et de les mettre en pratique. Il y a des paroles qui ne servent qu’à entretenir une conversation et qui passent comme le vent. D’autres cultivent l’esprit sous divers aspects. Celles de Jésus, par contre, remplissent le cœur, s’y enracinent et façonnent notre vie tout entière. There are words which serve only to amuse, as fleeting as an empty breeze; others, to an extent, inform us; those of Jesus, on the other hand, must reach our hearts, take root and bloom there all our lives. L’importance de la prièreThe Importance of Prayer • Pour découvrir et suivre fidèlement la forme de vie à laquelle le Seigneur appelle chacun, il est indispensable de demeurer dans son amour comme des amis. Il faut partager notre lumièreWe have to share our light • De cette amitié avec Jésus naîtra aussi l’élan qui porte à témoigner la foi dans les milieux les plus divers, y compris ceux dans lesquels il y a refus ou indifférence. On ne peut pas rencontrer le Christ et ne pas le faire connaître aux autres. Ne gardez donc pas le Christ pour vous-mêmes. Transmettez aux autres la joie de votre foi.
