Introduction The Military Health System (MHS) is a global, comprehensive, integrated system that includes: combat medical, services, peacetime health care delivery, public health services, medical education and training, and medical research and development. The Department of Defense aims to ensure that all active and retired members of the military, as well as their families, receive prompt, safe, high quality care at all times. Method • This study is a systematic review by searching the SID, Iran Medex and Google scholar databases in the period 2000-2018 with the Key words: • "common diseases in military forces" • "burden of disease in Aja staff" • " Common diseases in armed forces" • " common diseases in the Air Force Staff" • " common Navy diseases" • " common diseases in soldiers" • This study was conducted only in Persian articles Nasrin Jafari Golestan.Department of Nursing Mnagement, School of Nursing- Aja University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran

  4. Discussion • The MHS shares many features with civilianhealth care systems. Result • Several studies have been carried out on common diseases and health and disorders in Iranian military personnel. • By Critical Appraisal, 80 articles in this subject were reviewed and analyzed. • that including reports of the various types of disorders such as contagious diseases, nutritional problems, psychiatry, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, cancer, health issues and caring in barracks and soldiers, metabolic and traumatic disorders in Iranian military. • The results of these studies can be used in policy-making in educational, research, clinical and management areas.   6. Conclusion • Policies for achieving military health priorities: • 1. Assess relevant prior internal and external reports. • 2. Review policy standards and implementation. • 3. Evaluate data to assess compliance and determine variance. • 4. Review education and training regarding execution of policies. • 5. Compare MHS performance to civilian health systems. • 6. Assess the experience and perceptions of MHS patients. • 7. Determine effectiveness of governance. • 8. Final Questions • What is already known about the subject? • The Department of Defense aims to ensure that all active and retired members of the military, as well as their families, receive prompt, safe, high quality care at all times. • What could be added to the current knowledge by this study? • Modifying lifestyle of employees using the Islamic-Iranian model • Promote and develop a culture of prevention and health • Rewarding and supporting domestic production • Adjustment and management of consumption, supply of necessary items and equipment from domestic goods and competitive with foreign goods • Spiritual health is also achieved through the cultivation of spiritual virtues.
