  1. 危险化学品 Hazardous Chemical 举 例 根据部门实际情况 及保密原则 生产、仓部：填写code号 其它部门：填写化学品名 Code#: 化学品名: 1010025900、1010025800、5403000473 硫酸 危险特性: （对适用的项目涂黑“█”） 易燃性 有毒性 腐蚀性 放射性 刺激性 氧化性 感染性 爆炸性 关键信息： 1、对皮肤、粘膜等组织有强烈的刺激和腐蚀作用。 2、遇水大量放热，可发生沸溅。与易燃物（如苯）和可燃物（如糖、纤维素等）接触会发生剧烈反应，甚至引起燃烧。遇电石、高氯酸盐、雷酸盐、硝酸盐、苦味酸盐、金属粉末等猛烈反应，发生爆炸或燃烧。有强烈的腐蚀性和吸水性。 个体防护: （对适用的项目涂黑“█”） 防毒面具 防护手套 护目镜 口罩 防护鞋 防护服 █ █ █ █ 应急响应: 1、皮肤接触：立即脱去被污染的衣着，用大量流动清水冲洗，至少15分钟。就医。 2、眼睛接触：立即提起眼睑，用大量流动清水至少15分钟。就医。 3、迅速脱离现场至空气新鲜处，呼吸停止，进行人工呼吸。就医。 4、食入：误服者用水漱口，给饮牛奶或蛋清。就医。 紧急联系电话：EHS—68023
