  3. What is the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)? • EAP is a program dedicated to the well-being of a business’s employees – YOU! • Employees who are emotionally healthy are better workers.   5. How does the program work? • Each employee is entitled to FREE sessions.   7. How does confidentiality work? • Your employer does NOT know who attends counseling.
