GREEN BANK Organizational Structure • Human Resource Department takes care of: • manpower planning, recruitment, and training of the microfinance staff; • facilitates employees’ performance appraisal and career advancement; • facilitates the regular review of employees compensation and benefits;

GREEN BANK Caring for our Human Resources • Green Bank offers good compensation package • based on the Corporate Compensations Survey 2004 • at par with most corporations in Manila • MF supervisor’s position is at same level as bank cashier • Career advancement opportunities are open to microfinance supervisors and account officers • Former MF account officers and supervisors have been promoted to higher positions in the bank as branch managers, supervisors, account managers, internal auditors, loan officers

GREEN BANK Caring for our Human Resources • Continuous training for MF staff and management • Performance Bonuses are based on achievement of Key Results Areas (KRA) • Based branch performance staff can receive up to 20 months pay • Microfinance staff are entitled to performance Based Incentive Scheme, based on EAGLES rating criteria
