  1. MANUAL DE PROCEDIMIENTOS RECEPCION, INVENTARIO E IDENTIFICACION DE MERCANCIAS AVERIADAS

RECEPCION 1- RECIBIR EL PREALERTA • Es recibir la notificación de la fecha arribo o llegada de la carga a la bodega. 2- LLEGADA DE LA MERCANCIA A LA BODEGA • La mercancía puede llegar a la bodega como carga suelta, en camión, contenedor etc. 3- DESCARGAR Y VERIFICAR ESTADO DEL EMBALAJE • Revisar el embalaje inicial con en el cual llega la mercancía a la bodega sin verificar su contenido, este puede ser en cajas, estivas, pallet, cajones.

  3. 4- DESCONSOLIDAR Y CONTAR UNIDADES • Es despaletizar la mercancía y contar que este completa las unidades que han llegado 5- REEMPACAR LAS MERCANCIAS AVERIADAS BAJO UN MISMO EMPAQUE A FIN DE TENER UN MAYOR CONTROL • Separar la mercancía que a llegado en mal estado y unificarla a un solo embalaje 6- REPORTAR LAS INCONSISTENCIAS SOBRE AVERIAS Y FALTANTES DE LAS MERCANCIAS POR REFERENCIA • Pasar reporte de las inconsistencias de la mercancía que falta o esta averiada al encargado en la bodega

  4. 7- UBICAR LAS MERCANCIAS FISICAMENTE EN LOS PASILLOS • Ya teniendo la mercancía seleccionada pasamos a ubicarla en su respectiva estantería 8- REGISTRAR EN EL SISTEMA DE INFORMACION • Ingresar la información de la mercancía llegada a la bodega en el sistema de inventarios o base de datos que se maneje 9- COLOCAR ETIQUETA (CODIGO DE BARRAS) • Es el proceso de pegado de etiquetas para identificar los productos por referencias, color, etc

  5. INVENTARIO 1- TENER LA DOCUMENTACION ADECUADA PARA EL PROCESO (TARJETAS DE INVENTARIO) • Tener documentación completa para el inicio del inventario 2- ORGANIZAR GRUPOS DE CONTEO • Se arman grupos y se asignan los pasillos par el conteo

  6. 3- ALISTAMIENTO DE LA CARGA • Bajar la mercancía de la estantería y dejarla a disposición de los funcionarios para un fácil conteo 4- INICIO PRIMER CONTEO • Contar las mercancías existentes en el pasillo asignado por el primer grupo 5- ENTREGA DE REPORTES DEL PRIMER CONTEO Y AVERIAS ENCONTRADAS AL COORDINADOR ENCARGADO • Pasar reporte al coordinador del primer conteo

  7. 6- INICIO SEGUNDO CONTEO • En el segundo conteo los grupos intercambias los pasillos 7- ENTREGA DE REPORTES DEL SEGUNDO CONTEO Y AVERIAS ENCONTRADAS AL COORDINADOR ENCARGADO • Pasar reporte al coordinador para su receptiva verificación 8- COMPARAR RESULTADOS DE LOS DOS CONTEOS A FIN DE VERIFICAR EL INVENTARIO FISICO. • Se comparan los dos conteos si están bien se dejan así si hay diferencia se hace un tercer conteo

  8. CADA VEZ QUE SE REALICE ALGUNO DE LOS PROCESOS ANTERIORES Y SE ENCUENTREN MERCANCÍAS AVERIADAS SE DEBE PROCEDER A: • SEPARAR EL PRODUCTO AVERIADO DEL QUE SE ENCUENTRA EN BUEN ESTADO • UBICAR EL PRODUCTO AVERIADO EN POSICIONES DIFERENTES MIENTRAS SE DEFINE EL PROCESO FISICO A SEGUIR CON ESTOS

  9. REPORTAR EL TOTAL DE LAS AVERIAS A LOS DEPARTAMENTOS INVOLUCRADOS A FIN DE QUE REALICEN LOS RESPECTIVOS MOVIMIENTOS CONTABLES Y RECLAMACIONES
