  1. KOS Kos is the biggest island after Rodos and Karpathos from the twelve islands (Dodekanisa) in the southeast of the Aegean sea, with a population of about 35.000 residents.

  2. The capital of the island is Kos which is also the main harbor. The island has a lot of archaeological museums and it is also called “The island of Ipokrati” who was the father of medical science.

  3. Today Kos is a contemporary island for thousands of tourists every year. There are many places to stay, wonderful beaches, a lot of restaurants and night club but the main characteristic of Kos are the endless roads for bikes. As a result Kos is also called “ the island of bicycles”. Anna Boulaki
