Counselors Knowledge Training on: Assessments (substance abuse / psycho social) , Core skills, EBP, Dual Diagnosis Skills Development Application of the knowledge, Training plus booster sessions, quality supervision, feedback, Resistive client Demonstrate Abilities Advanced training and training of trainers

Clinical Supervisors Knowledge Training on: EBP, Understanding the population being served, Assessments (substance abuse / psycho social) , Core skills, EBP, Dual Diagnosis Skills Development Advanced training plus booster sessions, taped critiques of supervision, counselor empowerment, feedback, advanced counseling skills Demonstrate Abilities Advanced training and training of trainers
