  1. New Supplier Registration

  2. Click on ‘New Supplier Registration’ link HAAD WEBSITE PAGE SCREEN SHOT WILL BE SHOWN HERE

  3. Enter Company Details and Contact Information and click on ‘Continue’ Please enter valid email id as you will receive registration confirmation and login details by email only.

  4. Click on ‘Create’ button in Address Book region to create address

  5. Enter the address information and click on ‘Apply’ Provide some Address Identifier. (‘Head Office’, ‘Abu Dhabi Branch’, ‘Al Ain Branch’ etc that will help identify the address Please select the Address usage carefully

  6. Click on ‘Create’ button in Banking Details region and Enter Bank Account Information

  7. Provide the Bank and Branch Details. Enter Bank Account Number information and click on ‘Apply’ Please select bank from ‘Existing Bank’ list. If not available then select ‘New Bank’ and Enter Bank Details Please select branch from ‘Existing Branch’ list. If not available then select ‘New Branch’ and enter Branch Details

  8. Click on ‘Update’ button in ‘Additional Information’ region to complete the New Vendor Registration survey. Answering the questions in Survey is Mandatory. If the information is not provided, the application may be Rejected.

  9. Enter response to questioner and click on ‘Next’

  10. Select business activities and accept terms and conditions and click on ‘Next’

  11. Click on ‘Add Attachment’ button in Attachment region to upload Trade License and Company Profile

  12. Select category as Trade License and attach the file using browse. Click on ‘Add Another’

  13. Select category as Company Profile and attach the file using browse. Click on ‘Apply’

  14. Click on ‘Register’

  15. Registration submission confirmation message

  16. On Approval of the Registration Request, Supplier will receive an email with ‘User Name and Password’. Click on ‘log on’

  17. Enter the user name and password and click on ‘Login’

  18. Change the password If you are asked to Change the Password, it is a confirmation that the Vendor Record for your Organization has been created in HAAD system.
