Background • Chesham Park Community College became the Chiltern Hills Academy, specialising in Design and Performing Arts, opening in September2011 • The Academy is sponsored by the Diocese of Oxford and Bucks County Council • The Academy will receive a £10.2m investment into new and refurbished buildings • This evening is about understanding the impact this will have on the club

Impact on the club • There are three key phases • Phase One The current clubhouse will be demolished and we will be in temporary accommodation with the use of the current changing rooms and the pitches. It is hoped the training area will be unaffected. Car parking may be challenging • Phase two The move in the season 2013 – 2014 to the atrium area and making this our new home. The sports hall and new changing rooms will become available later that season • Phase Three The move to a dedicated clubhouse adjoining the sports hall. This will require funding and planning consent but is supported by the school and BAM the building contractors

  13. What do we need from you? • Patience! • Help with relocating and moving from our current home • Collaboration with the school, this is not an easy time for everyone • Continued commitment to training and playing and ensuring that rugby does not suffer • One eye on the future
