  3. Outline Materi • Penyajian laporan Analisis kehandalan (Survei Project) • Presentasi Kelompok 1 - 5

  4. Tugas / Assignment • Buatlah Laporan hasil survei Analisis Kehandalan, Maintenance System Requirement Analysis di suatu perusahaan ( industri fabrikasi) dengan format • Cover (judul, nama kelompok & anggota) • Latar belakang perusahaan • Data yang diperoleh (lihat contoh lembar kerja berikut ini) • Analisis data • Penutup berupa Simpulan, Saran / Rekomendasi
