  2. Biochem 5/17 • Need to wrap up testing today, and all interviews. Need to discuss Friday (refreshments for guests) • I am grading labwork today. Is everything in the folder? • Need to see your blood HW • Trifolds??

Biochem 5/13 • Need to talk to all groups before you start testing evidence or interviewing: • Follow the chain of custody when checking evidence out!! • Compile a list of questions (I will check) before you interview. Must ASK them if you want to record. • Hoping Giles is available today (he said he would be earlier in the week). Only send 2 people from each group. • Must finish interviewing, printing, etc of suspects on MONDAY. • FP people- After getting prints from suspects, practice using the orange powder on another black mug. LAY NEWSPAPER EVERYWHERE • Blood- I changed the H2O2. Hoping KM test works better. Do angle of impact today. THE SCENE WILL BE TORN DOWN 4TH BLOCK TODAY!!!! • DNA- must make gels TODAY Friday. FOLLOW THE NEW DIRECTIONS! Pick up! (run the DNA on MONDAY) • H and F: Must accurately label any slides you make. Store on the back table in a beige tray

  8. Biochem 5/9 • Begin Handwriting Analysis- Ch 15 • Electrophoresis. Finish Lab. Due Wednesday. You need the semilog graph paper that you received Thursday • Did you finish your Blood labs? Need to PUT IN FOLDER for grading. Also need to see Ch 10 (blood) HW • Finish your test review! • TEST TOMORROW- Forensics: Ch 1-6; 10; DNA Chapter (what is it?) • Are your CSI bags together? (See list); Is your lab group # on the bag? • *Does anyone know if the AP Bio Exam is over? I’m dying to text Eunice or Kseniya and see how it went….

  9. AP Bio 5-3 • Did you all read my email sent late last night?? Please open it! Another change in the schedule. Sorry!  • Waiting on the PCS kids to get back from their AP Exam. • I will have to step in the stockroom around 4:45 to meet with someone. Just stay focused on the Exam. • Since I CANNOT stay Thurs or Friday, you can stay afterwards today and score your exam or come tomorrow right after school. BUT NOT half one day and half the other. You must pick ONE DAY.

  11. AP Bio Review 5/2 • This Prac Exam only has 53 MC questions (and 5 grid-in). This year’s ‘Real’ Exam will have 63 and 4/5 grid-in: 90 minutes. I will adjust the time accordingly for today and you will have 75 minutes for completion. • New problem- I cannot stay after school on Wednesday (unavoidable). I CAN STAY TOMORROW, but I will have to conduct an interview next door for 30 minutes, while are you taking FRQ. I apologize for the inconvenience!
