Case School of Engineering - Leadership Inclusion Summit • Dean McGuffin-Cawley and Professors Claire Rimnac and Sue Hinze attended off-site retreats held by White Men as Full Diversity Partners (WMFDP) • CSE Leadership Inclusion Summit to be held on May 1-2, 2018, facilitated by WMFDP • Participants: CSE Department Chairs, Associate Chairs, Associate Deans, Dean • Learning Objectives:  • Understand and better articulate the CSE inclusion and engagement journey and the path forward within CWRU • Explore the critical role of the leader in creating more inclusive organizations • Practice courageous conversations that focus on inquiry and learning and lead to full partnership • Leave ready to take specific action to make a difference in our interactions and partnerships. Gender Equity Index (GEI) Purpose • Measure Gender Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Institutions of Higher Education: • Develop and validate an Indexof Gender Equity at the University level • Provide a benchmark for participating Universities to measure progress in Gender Equity over time • Empirically test a multidimensional conceptual model of gender equity at the institution level CWRU IDEAL-N 2018
