The user needs to spot the file on the system by using the Windows file search tool or navigating to the appropriate location manually. Once the user locates QBW.INI, right-click and select rename. It is generally recommended to rename the file to .OLD extension so that the file is QBW.OLD. Next, press the enter option to save the changes. Move ahead and launch QuickBooks which is normally done after renaming QBW file.
