Metropolitan Community Colleges KCMO Intrusive Tutoring/Advising Model Information Sessions = Yes • Application = No Student is referred to other services Eligibility Requirements • Analysis of expectations : Program and student Student’s expectations and program match Student is referred to other services Enrollment Form Completion Assessment Digital Literacy Proficiency Soft/Hard Skills Proficiency Academic Skills Proficiency Interview with Assessment Results Student Starts the program Intrusive and Prescribed intervention with Learning Express Library Software Employability Skills training Digital Instruction/Practice Biweekly follow-up on short term certifications Monthly Follow up on degree programs Intrusive and Prescribed intervention with Learning Express Library Software and or tutoring Adequate Progress (80% proficiency) Program Goal is achieved
