  5. Writing a good fact sheet • One page is best • Write in lay terms using words that the average person can understand • Find ways to simplify complex ideas. Tell Stories

  6. Writing a good fact sheet • Keep the text brief and in a font of at least 12 • Make it very clear what you want the reader to do • Use bold, text boxes and graphics to add emphasis • Use bullets for lists
