  3. Understanding the process At the close of QC Data Review, students remaining in SDRR without approved non-participation or test scores are assigned lowest score/performance level.

  11. Adding/Editing Scores for CCR • Only scores may be changed • Enter the test date, edit or add the correct score • Click submit

CCR Changes Listing (Tickets) • New – changes which have not yet been processed by OAA • Updated –additional information is needed from school/district • Denied – changes which were not approved by OAA • Approved – changes which have been processed by OAA or were automatically approved (such as demographic changes) • Pending OAA Approval- changes updated by school/district and waiting for OAA action
