  2. The Color Guard of the Consulate General’s Marine Security Guard Detachment, honoring Old Glory.

  3. U.S. Ambassador to Brazil Donna Hrinak delivers President Bush’s Independence Day proclamation.

  4. Michael Daniel and Clarke Allard, both on temporary assignment to Consulate General Sao Paulo, join in the festivities.

  5. Acting Consul General David Kurakane looks on as Ambassador Hrinak thanks the veterans in attendance—from several allied nations—for their service to freedom

  6. A good time was had by all: activities for the kids included games, races ... and face painting!
