Seminar Series • Target audience • All faculty, BMC administrative directors and senior directors • Number of Faculty • Unlimited • Program Structure • 7-8am, 12-1pm, and 5-6pm on different days from 9/15-6/16 • CME credit • Program Elements • Topics: leadership, education, research, quality improvement, wellness, and academic promotion

Early Career: • Previously known as: Academy for Faculty Advancement (AFA) • Target audience • Instructors & Assistant Professors • Number of Faculty • Up to 30 per year • Program Structure • 9 months from September to May • Meets 2 ½ hours two Mondays each month • Applications accepted in the spring • Program Elements • Professional development experiential seminars • Individual academic project with content mentor • Peer mentorship across BUMC schools • Career mentorship provided by Early Career core faculty

Mid-Career Faculty Leadership Program • Target audience • Late Assistant Professors & all Associate Professors • Number of Faculty • 12 FPF faculty + up to 8 BUSM & SPH faculty • Program Structure • January to December 2016 • Meets off campus for six 2-day modules • Applications accepted July 1 to October 5, 2015 • Program Elements • 360 evaluation & coaching • Leadership project • Senior and peer mentorship • Meetings with inspirational leaders • Experiential seminars focused on developing leadership skills

Minority Leadership • Target audience • BUSM & SPH under-represented minority in medicine faculty • Number of Faculty • Up to 20 per year • Program Structure • 9-months from October to June • 1.5 hours every three weeks • Applications accepted July 1 – August 3, 2015 • Program Elements • Experiential seminars focused on effective leadership and fostering change from current role • Learning community to successfully negotiate challenges, foster resiliency, and achieve goals • Conversation Cafes with inspirational leaders
