Renovation advantages • Dimensions have been designed to match the most common models installed in US. • Further parametric cabinets permit extending the cabinet heights and widths in 1" increments up to 12" to accommodate existing architectural features • Available in Concealed, Exposed, or Sloped top configurations • Factory Complete • Factory mounted DDC controls or unit mounted digital thermostats are wired via plugged wiring harnesses with color coded plugs and wire. • Factory mounted piping packages arrive on the job site with actuators wired to the controller. No panel removal required • Accessible filters • Quick fan / motor removal Each Fan/Motor deck only requires 2 screws to pull • Slide filters out of the front. • Pull filters from metal filter frame. • Insert new filters into metal filter frame. • Insert filters and frame into unit. Quick connects can be unplugged and plugged in for motor change

  8. Reduced maintenance time • Top and front panel completely removable even after fan coil is installed. Unit top secured with 6* Screws, all accessible from the front ¼ turn fasteners used to remove front cover for access to fan coil unit *Initial removal requires removal of 2 screws which do not need to be reinstalled. Factory supplied piping packages w/ standard unions can be used to separate the water loop from the coil. Unions allow piping package to be screwed to the unit. 3. Remove the coil from the front of the fan coil unit 1. Factory supplied piping packages include manual ball valves on both sides of coil to isolate the coil from the water loop
