That Ragged Old Flag • That ragged old flag waving over the trees, • Reminds us of the battles she’s seen. • She’s been to Iraq and Afghanistan • and flown over Korea and Vietnam. • We’ve seen her fly on Pearl Harbor too • and in Desert Storm, she fought so true. • She’s stood at attention on many graves. • The road to freedom, she’s helped to pave. • She’s flown on ships as they go to war, • and carried by our troops here and afar. • The red, white and blue will forever wave, • Helping our country, • It’s freedom to save! • The pledge of Allegiance we’ll say out loud, • That ragged old flag makes us mighty proud! • America’s banner majestically flies, • Streaming her colors against the sky!
